Benefits of Massage

   There are many many articles in the websites showing the benefits of massage. I like to share my personal experience in body massage. First of all, what attracts me to go for body massage? To me, massage can help me to relieve body aches and stress that contributes from work as i was working in an environment full of baby virus & bacteria at that time & cause me to easily fall sick. The most common one is post-nasal drip, though later then i found out that using nasal sprays will help in faster recovery & sometimes together with antibiotics. I was introduced by a ex-colleague to this Spa for body massage. I did my free trial for full body massage & find it good . After the body massage, the whole body feels relaxed & sometimes follow by body aches and you will feel extremely tired the next day. Subsequently, the body feels regenerated and more energies. There are different types of massage provided by different Spa centres. Some are traditional massage, while some uses oil massage technique. I feel that if you have an experience and good massager, they will know which body parts or organs to target for the massage and it will promote good blood circulations for the body. There are also massage provided for pregnant mummy which i have yet to find out more.
    Nowadays, many people are busy with work & family. Especially mummy with few kids sometimes find it difficult to find times to schedule themselves for Spas or Facial appointment. Luckily, as the world is moving each day , people are getting smarter each day too. Many people also created DIY products which can be used at home.
