Sharing our free & easy honeymoon experiences in Europe from 6Sept13-21Sept13- Day 1 in Paris (6Sept-7Sept13) Part 2

On the 7th of Sep13 after we arrived in Paris airport, the first unfriendly person we met was out of our surprised. It was the custom staff at the airport. As i passed through the gates to get my passport chop, i showed the custom staff the letter of excusing me from xrays as i was pregnant as i wasn't sure whether the entry gates have any xrays radiation. The custom staff make faces & spoke some words in France which i do not understand & went on to chop my passport.I have no choice but to walk pass the gate taking my own risk thinking maybe he does not know how to read English. When my husband joined me shortly he realized that my passport was not chopped properly as it overlap with other chops causing the dates unable to be seen. Then we saw a woman in uniform who speaks English so we approach her to help us get another chop to ensure we can leave the country safety on our last day. She brought me back to the custom staff who chop my passport & he unwillingly speak in France again put a new chop date on a new page of my passport. I guess that was the worst custom staff i have ever met after travelling to few countries. We realized later that my husband's passport was chop wrongly on arrival too but luckily they did not give him any trouble for that. We went on to find the driver that will pick us up and send us to our hotel. As it was still early for check-in, we put our luggage at the hotel and rested at the lobby as i was really tired after the long flight. We waited for about 45 mins & we were allowed to check-in early and rested about an hour plus before we start to explore Paris. We went to explore their rail & train services and we manage to find our way to The Louvre Museum. It took us some distance to walk from our hotel to the railway station which they call it Metro. The Louvre Museum was a beautiful & one of the biggest museum in Paris.
We took many photos inside & outside of the museum. The ones we took inside the museum was only 1/4 of it and sometimes we may pass by the same portrait a few times not realizing it. The few best spot at the museum are the Mona Lisa portrait, the last supper portrait and the triangles structure outside the museum. After viewing most part of the museum, my foot were quite sore. Not forgetting to mention, we met a rude man in the museum too. He does not wear uniform so we guess he was not the staff at the museum but just a public like us but he is a French. I unintentionally touched one of the sculpture & he came to me saying something which i do not understand in a unfriendly expression . His gesture told me that he is scolding me so my husband & i went on to see other sculpture, ignoring him. Later then we realized that everything in the museum are not allowed to be touch. At that moment, i felt slightly offended too by the rudeness gesture of the people that we met on our first day in Paris. In order not to spoil our own mood since we spend so much to travel here we took it as a part of their culture difference and we continue to enjoy ourself exploring Paris by our foot. I know many people have visited Paris few times or many times but i also think that there are alot of people who are less fortunate that do not have much chances to travel overseas. There is always plenty of chances and ways to make it happen. As we walk out of the museum we came to a big & beautiful park nearby. There are many beautiful parks in Paris. Many people like to spend their time with family, love ones & their lovely pets especially dogs sitting in the park enjoying the cool weather. There are many beautiful sculptures in the parks too. As we walk down further, we could see from far the Eiffel Tower and the Arch of triomphe. As we will be taking of wedding photo by the Taiwan Bridal that we engage, the next day therefore we decided to walk to the Eiffel Tower and then return to our hotel to rest. It was quite a distance to walk to the Eiffel Tower, along the way we walk pass the Lover's Bridge, Pont des Arts,

where many couples will put their locks on the fences & throw the keys away or into the river. They believe that by doing that their love will be locked together forever. We just took a few pictures there & we continue walking. It was really good to stroll along the rivers of Paris, enjoying the beautiful scenery, bridges & buildings. As we were nearer to the Eiffel Tower, we saw a florist shop with beautiful sunflowers, roses & other flowers. My husband & i went in to have a look & he bought me a bouquet of 10 pink roses as it was very cheap. It was the first time he bought me flowers & initially i planned to bring the dried flowers back to Singapore to keep for memories but in the end the rose buds came off when we reach home. My husband said never mind, i will buy you more flowers in Singapore next time. As we reach the Eiffel Tower, we saw many people queueing to either walk up the stairs or to take the elevator to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
Walking up the stairs is free. After a day of walking in Paris street, we were both pretty tired especially after the long flight. We took pictures at the Eiffel Tower & proceed to the nearest Metro which is quite a distance away to make our way back to our hotel. The Eiffel Tower is one of the world's famous attraction, worth visiting. We saw many tourists form different countries there, like India, Parkistans, Japan, China & UK/US. It was a pity we did not get to meet any Singaporean there throughout our stay in Europe. As we took the metro back to our hotel, the transferring of the different colour code lines to different destinations was not difficult to understand after awhile. The train and the train stations were pretty clean even though there is alot of dustbins available. The train travels at quite a relatively smooth and fast speed therefore even if it was 20 stations away, we can reach our destinations in about half an hour. As it was around evening time, the train was not too packed & people were seen with luggages and pets like big dogs were allowed to be on the train. We also noticed there are certain stations where the doors will not open , if there is a passenger outside , they could just press on the green button on the door to open it. The green buttons are available on the inside of the door too. As we reach the metro station, we walk back slowly to our hotel. Our hotel was quite a cosy one good enough for sleeping. The best i like about it was that the place was very quiet and we had a great rest that night.

Sharing our free & easy honeymoon experiences in Europe from 6Sept13-21Sept13- Day 1 in Paris (6Sept-7Sept13) Part 1

My husband & i have been trying to get more sleep & rest since we came back from Europe due to the long flight effect, people call Jet-Lag i guess. At first we were not quite used to the time difference and the weather back here, we often woke up at night hungry or awake. We thought maybe next time we should consider taking a transit flight rather than direct flight from Singapore Airline though their services was good and we were so full throughout the whole flight. A transit flight could maybe allow us to rest a few hours from continuous sitting in the flight for 12hours. On our night flight to Paris on 6Sept13, we had a terrible night in the plane especially me . I was having terrible backache few hours after the departure with stomach bloatedness & cramps due to my pregnancy. As it was a night flight , of course all the passengers hope to get some rest or sleep before we reach our destination. Unfortunately, most of us were not able to, as our cabin have a few parents with young babies who take turns to cry throughout the whole flight journey. The worst is there was one particular parent despite the crying of their child, also created other sounds like searching the plastic bags, opening the cabin luggage door many times loudly. We can see the frustration of all other passengers who are affected & what about a pregnant mummy like me. Luckily my husband was there to give me comfort , massaging my back for me & walking me to the toliet & the cabins to relax alittle. When we were having breakfast in the plane , i told my husband i don't think in future i will bring my baby on a flight trip till she is older as it will not affect us & others as well in the plane.
We took many many photos during this trip mostly about the scenery and the things we saw in the museum. It will take me awhile to upload all the photos to facebook as the files are so big. I like to emphasizes that by sharing these blogs & photos in facebook is not an act of boosting or a way to criticize others . It is merely our way of sharing our experiences & to keep us in memories of the things & places we have been together or with our love ones perhaps few years later as we look at the photos & blogs again.
Some of our friends told us we were so brave to travel by free & easy especially during my 5 to 6 months of pregnancy and just the two of us only. We were also glad that we were back to Singapore safe & sound. Travelling to overseas with a tour group or even with a few friends or family is definitely more safe as people tend to be nice to a group of people even though they may not like you . They cannot afford to offend those people especially from the tour group as they may get to earn commission when they started to buy alot of things. Different people have different objectives when they travel overseas. For me & my husband, our objectives this time round to Europe is to experience what the people there experience and how people think of Singapore especially in a big country like Europe. I will gradually share more later about the things and people that we met along the way. Well other people may have different experiences from us but if you ask me what is the best part i like about this trip, i would say it is the time my husband & i spend alone in a country where everyone were strangers to us. The process of supporting each other to find our ways using the map & asking people on the street for directions. Finding the most suitable food to eat & drink to ensure each meal is worth spending. Enjoying the cool weather & scenery which is different from Singapore and enjoying the moment of quietness and stress free time during our holiday. We also enjoy shopping & window shopping in Europe. To us luxury is only a choice but not a must. If we always focus on luxury & branded stuffs , then we will tend to forget about the people who are still suffering in hungers & poverty all over the world. I will continue sharing our experience in part 2.

How to find a best fit Bikini swimwear set for your skin.

Bikini swimwear seems to be a taboo for women, who are conservative as versus to those women, who wants to look modern, in a trendy bikini. Well...there will always be a swimwear that suits either of them, it will just be thought as how well fitted is the Bikini to their skin.

Bikini swimwear has been in the market for years and many women has bought at least one Bikini in their wardrobe or even dreamed of getting a Bikini swimwear on their body one day. All in all, there is still one question that is in every woman's mind, "How do I choose a Bikini that suits me"?

You may want to take below as a general guideline although it is not a one size fits all.

Bikini Swimwear
Bikini Swimwear
Everyone should be every conscious of their body shape and it is really the one determining factor for choosing a well fitted bikini swimwear for your skin. If you have an athletic body, you could be having a fairly small bust and hips, generally skinny. You can consider a bikini set that makes your bust and hips appear bigger or maybe select a wear that highlights your athletic body. For "Apple shaped body" women, where your weight seems to be emphasized in your bust and stomach area than the lower part of your body. In this case, you should try to emphasize on the reverse. You can get a bikini swimwear that makes your hips look bigger than your bust. In contrast women who are "Pear shaped", where weights are collected around the hips area and the shoulder and waist are generally smaller, they should choose bikini that makes their bust look bigger and hips smaller.

Now that you have more understanding of your body shape, you can start searching for your first bikini swimwear set. You must be aware that by choosing a suitable bikini, it will not only can makes you look good, it can show how much confidence you have in yourself. The fabric material, cutting and its colour will make you feel comfort and grace.

Bright and white colours makes your bust appear bigger. Ruffles and padded tops can used to add volume to its appearance. Black and dark colours makes your bust look smaller. Also do avoid stripes and loud patterns, choose a top that can provide enough support your bust. A classic string triangle shaped bikini swimwear easily gives emphasize to your assets.

You have chosen your top, your bottom will now determine how your butt will look and give some attention to your legs. If you want to put emphasize on your butt, get a string bottom, while a high-cut bottom makes your legs look longer.

In conclusion, buy a Bikini swimwear that is tasteful and appropriate to your age. Keep your shoulder back, posture straight and chins up, be proud of your body. Bikini can boost your confidence instantly. Give the world what you have got. No matter if you are looking for Bikini for women over 40 or Bikini for small bust. There is a bikini that meets your need.

Going through 4th month of Pregnancy

This week is the 16 weeks of my pregnancy. My morning sickness have improved alot by now. Last 2 weeks i was caught up with flu or sinuses which makes me feel so terrible. It started with a terrible headache at night , then sinuses like flu and i could feel my sinuses all choked up causing pressure to my head, follow by slight cough. As this is the first pregnancy we were not aware what kind of medicine is suitable to take so we waited for 2 days then consulted a doctor. The feeling of falling sick during pregnancy is terrible because even if you have the best medicine on hand but you can't use it .
During this period of pregnancy i discovered that i tend to cry alot . Especially when watching sad dramas or charity shows , my tears will flow out uncontrollably. Is it because of the pregnancy hormones and the feeling of a mother? Anyway, i think the joy of seeing my baby coming to this world healthily and happily will be every expectant mother's wish. I still have 6 more months to go and i am really enjoying it so far even though of the crying, the flu and the boring Tai Tai life. Next week will be my next Gynae visit again.

Benefits of Massage

There are many many articles in the websites showing the benefits of massage. I like to share my personal experience in body massage. First of all, what attracts me to go for body massage? To me, massage can help me to relieve body aches and stress that contributes from work as i was working in an environment full of baby virus & bacteria at that time & cause me to easily fall sick. The most common one is post-nasal drip, though later then i found out that using nasal sprays will help in faster recovery & sometimes together with antibiotics. I was introduced by a ex-colleague to this Spa for body massage. I did my free trial for full body massage & find it good . After the body massage, the whole body feels relaxed & sometimes follow by body aches and you will feel extremely tired the next day. Subsequently, the body feels regenerated and more energies. There are different types of massage provided by different Spa centres. Some are traditional massage, while some uses oil massage technique. I feel that if you have an experience and good massager, they will know which body parts or organs to target for the massage and it will promote good blood circulations for the body. There are also massage provided for pregnant mummy which i have yet to find out more.
Nowadays, many people are busy with work & family. Especially mummy with few kids sometimes find it difficult to find times to schedule themselves for Spas or Facial appointment. Luckily, as the world is moving each day , people are getting smarter each day too. Many people also created DIY products which can be used at home. Things like having their own Spa Sauna at home, own massage chair, face steamer, hair spa products.etc. Our 2 in 1 massage candle oil also can be use as a DIY Spa product at home. I think it not only provide a convenient for busy people, it can also provide a self help for people to perform massage for themselves. It does not have to be necessary a full body massage, it can be just a simple hand massage. For people who experience pain for the arms due to occupational hazards, a 15 mins massage from wrist to elbow and to both side of elbows can help relieve some tension. For body massage, spouses can create a moment of bonding time before sleep for about 10 to 15 mins to help each other to relieve stress & tiredness from a day of work and household chores. Our 2 in 1 massage candle oil comes in 2 fragrances, the Lavande Vanille & Citrus fragrances which can also provide aromatherapy while doing massage. Spouse bonding is something that a Spa cannot provide to you as it may not be convenient or comfortable . Check out more products in our website at www.foraverblissful.com. The Journey To My First Pregnancy

It's been 1 month plus since my last post as i am trying to get used with my 1st 3 months of pregnancy. As it was my first pregnancy, the experience of being pregnant was so new and exciting. For a person like me who seldom fall sick, pregnancy is like falling sick everyday. Everyday you wake up feeling hungry yet nausea, after eating sometimes felt even more nausea and sleepy. Trying to sit in front of the computer  but the feeling of giddiness & nausea usually makes me give up the idea and went to sleep. That's not all...
Then i start to feel bored & helpless as i can only sit in front of the TV the whole day , thinking if i could go out and earn more money will be better than sitting at home to watch tv but stepping out of the house also becomes a challenge due to the giddiness & nausea. Then i manage to find ways to console myself by thinking i am fortunate enough to be able to stop working and stay at home to rest due to the great support from my husband. I also did not experience alot of vomiting during this 2 months plus. Now i spend most of the time sleeping since i am able to otherwise when my baby is out guess my sleeping time will be lesser. Another week more will be my 3 months pregnancy. Now i am so excited as we are going to have the second ultrasound scan to see the progression of our baby. After that i will be able to know who i can ask for free baby clothings. :)

After that we have to go shopping for things like maternity clothings, extra bras & under garments as the old ones can't fit anymore. Then while waiting for HDB to reply us or while waiting for our new house, we will have to rearrange our current bedroom to fit the baby stuffs like the baby cot, a place to put the baby stuffs. On top of that we have to prepare ourselves for our Honey Moon Europe trip in September together with our Paris Wedding Photo Shooting. Hope i will still be able to enjoy myself alot with my 5 months pregnancy by then.

Now since my morning sickness is getting better & lesser sometimes, i can continue to update my website more frequent. This baby was a surprise for us as we just started our online business & within a short period i got pregnant. This will not stop us to continue our online business & our goal to have a retail shop in future. The reason we started our online business is to provide a more convenient way for the shoppers who are busy to even go to a shopping mall or prefer to shop with just a few clicks. I used to prefer to shop in a shopping mall until i tried a few online shops & think that the idea was good as it saves time, transport fees, sometimes online products can be cheaper as compare to those in the shopping malls & for those people who are shy to purchase certain products like sexy lingerie. We are still continuing searching for more great products for our customers. If our dear customers have any products they are interested or hope to see in our website, do share with us your ideas at foraverblissful@gmail.com or message us through our fb page.

Introducing Lavande Vanillée Body & Massage Candle . Also comes in Citrus Sorbet Fragrance.

What is Lavande Vanillée Body & Massage Candle? It is a dual purpose Spa candle which can use to beautify the room, aromatherapy and apply to body to make the skin more smooth, shiny and moisturized.
It is 100% Natural with almost 50% organic content, combining the scents of Lavender and Vanilla.

The first time i tested this product with my husband. The smell was so good that it immediately makes us feel relaxed. After lighting up for about 20mins, i blow off the candle and use my bare hands to touch the oil form on the surface of the candle. It feels just alittle warm, not hot at all. Then we apply it to our body and of course take turn to give each other an oil massage session. After the massage we felt so relaxed and not only our body smells great , the room is filled with the smell too.

Few of my friends find it good too and have gave good reviews for this product. I also let my mum try it. She find herself able to sleep more soundly. It also comes in Citrus Sorbet which also smell great. By the name you will know it is the scent of Citrus. So far we have no problem with sensitive skin issues. But do not try it on a broken skin though.
